Job summary

SCMI1 has an exciting Part-Time Navy Technical Program Manager position to support MARMC at Norfolk, VA. 5–10 hours per week, ideal for retirees or veterans with Navy contracting background seeking additional part-time work.

The role includes managing program activities, reporting progress, and serving as a primary contact with KO, COR, and Government program managers. Bachelor’s degree and U.S. citizenship with CAC/security clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience in the last 15 years with knowledge of Combat/C4I systems.
• 8+ years of project management experience with administrative support and Microsoft Office documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and administrative support to MARMC.
• Direct skilled technical resources; report progress, issues, and problems; write/review technical documents.
• Clearly communicate ideas verbally and in writing.
