This hybrid role involves 0 to 10 hours per week, supporting program operations in the absence of the current Program Manager. Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Program/Project Management.
• Proximity to Keyport, WA (within 10 miles).

Responsibilities

• Direct operations/project management of the Navy BASS contract.
• Provide leadership and guidance for personnel during the Program Manager's absence.
• Act as point of contact for Contracting Officers.
• Assist in operational processes including invoicing and reporting.
