Job Description

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs, with repetitive activities
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Fresno, CA, or secondary locations in Clovis/Dinuba/Selma
