Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. Your responsibilities will include communicating and building relationships with customers, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or updating displays. You will serve as an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Your key duties will involve:

1. Representing Mondelēz in stores and working with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conducting in-store visits, capturing display pictures, and following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising steps.
3. Ordering products via iPad to ensure stock levels are maintained.
4. Maintaining proper representation and stock of brands such as Oreo, Ritz, and others, following company guidelines.
5. Implementing plans negotiated with store managers and reporting issues.
6. Following a daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
7. Supporting seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Representing Mondelēz positively and energetically in stores.

What you can expect from us includes:

• Hourly pay between $19.00 and $21.00 based on experience

Ideal candidates will:

• Be at least 18 years old with valid ID or driver’s license, especially for access to military base facilities.
• Have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Be capable of driving and performing physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Possess retail or grocery experience (preferred).
• Reside within 25 miles of Pensacola, FL, or Atmore, AL.
• Be available on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
