Job Description

As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships with customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will promote world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to maximize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including taking pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure stock levels.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Fresno, California, including Clovis, Dinuba, and Selma.
• Available for open schedule.
