Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for service on military base facilities).
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling over 50 lbs., and moving products.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Sumter, SC, with secondary locations in Camden, SC.
• Availability required on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
