Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical activities, including lifting and stocking.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Columbia, SC, or secondary locations.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.
