Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser - York

Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Your role involves fulfilling merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly rate: $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive and use work applications on personal devices
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of York, SC, or Clover, SC
• Availability: Sunday-Thursday
