Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Become part of our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and support our customers by communicating, building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining or updating displays. Represent well-known brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

1. Represent Mondelēz in stores, collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, including taking pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
6. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Candidate requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement.
• Comfortable using work-related applications on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., moving products, and stocking shelves.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Shawnee, KS, or Overland Park, KS.
• Availability Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 7 a.m., up to 25 hours/week.
