Job Description

Become a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to daily schedules for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly rate: $15.00 - $16.00 depending on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs., moving products, and stocking shelves
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Shawnee, KS or Overland Park, KS
• Availability Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 7 a.m., up to 25 hours/week
