Mondelez International in Philadelphia is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll visit stores, ensure brand standards, and represent a world‑famous snack portfolio with professionalism.

This role offers a flexible schedule, requires driving a personal vehicle within the area, and involves lifting up to 25 lbs; a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to lift and move product up to 25 lbs.; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches with high visibility merchandising.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, with the physical aspects of the role (lifting, bending, moving products).

Requirements Include:

Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
