Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work in-store, represent the company professionally, and execute merchandising principles with RTMs to maximize brand visibility.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and able to lift and move products throughout the day. Schedule includes Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun, with regional location options in Downingtown,

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.

• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan adherence with RTMs.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & compliant; handle lifting and movements as required.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Serve as the face of the company:delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers


• Execute:store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos,viadigital merchandising initiativeDMI

Requirements Include:

• Be at least 18 years of ageandhave a valid driver's licenseissued by the state in which the personresides.


• High School Diploma or GEDpreferred;or canearn your GED while gaining the skills!


• 1-3years of experiencein retail or consumer goods preferred


• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.


• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).


• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.


• Live within25-35milesrange from the primary location: Dowingtown, PA


• Secondary Location: Exton & Newton Square, PA


• Schedule availability required: Tues, Thurs, Sat & Sun
