Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches in Baraboo, WI. You will work with the RTM to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit and other brands are visible and ready to delight shoppers, with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with store teams, adherence to merchandising principles, and weekly 20–25 hour coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive own vehicle to various store locations with valid insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).
• Live within 25 miles of Baraboo, WI.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Execute store visits following DSD merchandising principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant while handling products in a fast-paced environment.

Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams,you’llhelp deliver a snack aisle experiencethat’sorganized, inviting, and alwaysconsumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everydayexecution—allwith a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence

• Serve as the face of the companydelivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Executestore visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build andmaintainrelationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Stock shelvesrotate product, andmaintainbrand standards across your stores

• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans

• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales,new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events

• Communicatestore-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

• Stay Safe & Compliant,embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDpreferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from thestockroomto store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Baraboo, WI

• Secondary locations:Portage, WI, Lake Delton, WI

• Schedule availability required:Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
• Start Time: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• 20-25 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:

• $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan
