Job summary

Mondelez International in Owosso, MI is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and partner with store teams to optimize visibility of Oreo, Ritz and other brands.

You will follow the in-store merchandising steps, visit stores per schedule, and drive your own vehicle with mileage reimbursed; 10-15 hours per week, starting 7:00 AM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Owosso, MI; secondary locations listed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize product visibility.
• Stock shelves and construct promotional displays according to guidelines.
• Capture photos of displays and follow merchandising steps.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained in stores.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues.
• Maintain daily schedule and support seasonal displays and launches.

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Owosso, MI
• Secondary locations: Flushing, MI, Swartz Creek, MI
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,Friday, Saturday| Start time: 07:00 AM
• 10-15 hrs/wk

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience
