Job summary

Mondelēz International in Novi, MI is seeking a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build promotional displays, and maintain in-store visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and more. You will visit multiple stores with your own vehicle, follow merchandising steps, and support sales teams with timely execution.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a valid driver's license, are reliable, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical merchandising tasks.
• Live within 25 miles of Novi, MI; travels to Farmington, MI locations.
• Available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday; starts at 07:00 AM.
• 20 hours per week, driven to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain in-store displays for Nabisco brands.
• Create promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Visit stores according to merchandising steps and capture photos.
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz management and follow plans.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisersand fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relation building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingor changing outdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positiveand upbeat attitude while representingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Novi, MI
• Secondary locations:Farmington, MI
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,Friday, Saturday| Start time: 07:00 AM
• 20 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan
