Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a PartTime Nabisco Merchandiser in Edwardsville, IL to stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure top-selling brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita and Chips Ahoy are well represented. You will visit stores as scheduled, photograph displays, and collaborate with the sales team to follow negotiated plans.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Experience in retail/grocery is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Edwardsville, IL, with Alton, IL as secondary locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees and optimize shelf visibility.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays as required.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to leadership.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager's daily schedule and support seasonal displays.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Join our team of PartTime Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication&relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintainingorchang ingout displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Edwardsville, IL
• Secondary locations:Alton, IL
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
• Start Time: 7:00am-8:00am.
• 25 hrs/wk.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00-$17.50 based on relevant experience
