Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
• Follow the plans negotiated with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelez management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your device
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Mesquite, TX, with secondary locations in Dallas, TX
• Availability to work on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
