Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Become part of our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Be an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits as per Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Capable of driving your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physically capable of performing tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Lewisville, TX, with secondary locations in Carrollton, Coppell, and Flower Mound.
• Availability: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday; starting at 7 am; 16-24 hours/week.
