Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of downloading and using work-related applications on your device.
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Lewisville, TX, with secondary locations in Carrollton, Coppell, Flower Mound.
• Availability for Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday; starting by 7 am; 16-24 hours per week.
