Mondelēz International is hiring a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Hayward, WI. The role involves stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and executing Mondelēz’ merchandising steps at multiple store locations within a 25-mile radius. Expect 30 hours per week, starting at 8:00am on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

This position requires a valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (and 50 lbs occasionally). Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Hayward, WI; secondary location Rice Lake, WI.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Start Time 8:00am; 30 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with the sales representative to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and capture display photos.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Hayward, WI
• Secondary locations: Rice Lake, WI
• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Start Time: 8:00am

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
