Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelez's DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle and use work apps on personal devices
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing, and pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Chester, VA, with availability on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
