Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Enfield, CT, with availability on Sun, Tue, Thu, Fri.
