Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained as per guidelines.
• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Expectations and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $15.00 - $17.00, based on experience.

Candidate Profile

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive and use work-related apps on personal devices.
• Capable of physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Newtown, PA, with availability 3-4 days/week including one weekend.
