Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Burlington, WI. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit with a flexible schedule and real in-store impact.

Work closely with your Retail Territory Manager to keep brands visible and retail-ready. The role starts early (06:00–08:00) and requires Fri, Sat, Sun availability, physical activity, and lifting up to 25 lbs as part of a team merchandising

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to multiple store locations within the primary area.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain displays and prepare for seasonal promotions.
• Execute promotions and ensuring alignment with RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM via Salesforce.

• Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the companydelivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Executestore visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build andmaintainrelationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelvesrotate product, andmaintainbrand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales,new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events
• Communicatestore-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant,embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides.
• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDpreferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from thestockroomto store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Burlington, WI
• Secondary locations:Muskego, WI
• Start Time: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Schedule availability required:Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 25 hrs/wk
