Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves and build displays in Dubuque, IA. You’ll support seasonal launches, execute displays, and maintain brand standards across assigned stores with a flexible schedule.

You'll work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to represent Mondelēz with professionalism and deliver excellent service to store teams and shoppers, while adhering to DMI merchandising principles and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, moving products).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to your RTM via Salesforce.
• Support seasonal launches and promotional displays.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations while moving products through the store.

• Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence

• Serve as the face of the companydelivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Executestore visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build andmaintainrelationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Stock shelvesrotate product, andmaintainbrand standards across your stores

• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans

• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales,new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events

• Communicatestore-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

• Stay Safe & Compliant,embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDpreferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from thestockroomto store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Dubuque, IA

• Secondary locations:Manchester, IA
• Start Time: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM

• Schedule availability required:Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 20-25 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan
