Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Thornton, CO. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz and other brands with a flexible schedule.

You will travel to multiple stores, maintain brand standards, and report store insights via Salesforce. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork with the RTM and store staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with valid driver license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to drive own vehicle to multiple store locations
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Live within 25 miles of Thornton, CO; Westminster and Broomfield are secondary locations
• Weekday availability with at least one weekend day; starts 06:00 AM; 15–20 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and build displays across assigned stores
• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and good service
• Capture display photos and follow merchandising plans
• Maintain brand standards and visibility across stores
• Communicate store insights to RTM via Salesforce
• Support seasonal launches and promotional displays

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz,belVita, ChipsAhoy!,Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everydayexecution—allwith a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the companydelivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Executestore visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build andmaintainrelationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelvesrotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales,new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events
• Communicatestore-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant,embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Thornton, CO
• Secondary locations:Westminster, CO; Broomfield, CO
• Schedule availability required:Weekdays as needed with at least one weekend day required; start by 06:00 AM, 15-20 hours per week
