Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits as per Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable with using work-related applications on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs. and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Bloomington, IL, with secondary locations in Normal, IL, and Lincoln, IL.
• Availability on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
