Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’s guidelines.

4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.

5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation rate of $17.50

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. occasionally, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Mesa, AZ, with secondary locations in Gilbert and Chandler, AZ.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays; schedules may change.
