Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
4. Ensure that negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, including physically moving products.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Bloomington, IL, with secondary locations in Normal, IL, and Lincoln, IL.
• Availability required on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
