Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Become part of our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will be an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $14 to $16 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle and have it reimbursed for mileage.
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, including moving products from stockrooms to shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Mt. Dora, FL, with secondary locations in Apopka, FL.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
