Job summary

Texas A&M International University seeks a Fall Adjunct Faculty member in Music—Applied Voice and Voice Methods for on-campus instruction. The role involves teaching up to six semester hours, serving on faculty committees for voice recitals, and holding office hours to assist students.

Faculty appointments are temporary and on a per-semester basis with attendance required on campus. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Music with a vocal focus and have collegiate-level experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Music – vocal focus.
• Experience teaching applied voice at the collegiate level.
• Availability to attend student voice recitals as a faculty committee member.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to six (6) semester credit hours of applied voice lessons.
• Serve on faculty committees for voice recitals.
• Hold office hours and assist students as needed.
• Attend student voice recitals as a faculty committee member.
