Job summary

Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is seeking a part-time Museum Store Sales Associate to join our front-line team. The role focuses on cash handling, ringing sales, accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment across the main store and event locations.

The position supports inventory management, stocking, and guest service with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professional conduct. Weekend and some evenings are required, with approximately 24–36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and federal background checks.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome to each guest as they enter Museum Store.
• Rings in sales accurately; handles cash and credit card transactions.
• Stocks merchandise and keeps the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Supports inventory shipping/receiving and monitors stock levels for promotions.
• Assists in training staff and provides guidance to new team members.
