Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver systematic, explicit ELD instruction aligned to WIDA 2020 ELD Standards and Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.
• Teach ELD to Multilingual Learner students in Pull Out or Self-Contained ELD classrooms or Sheltered Content Immersion.
• Collaborate with Special Educators, ML Educators, Instructional Coaches and others to meet student needs.
• Keep parents informed about student language development progress during each marking period.
• Assess student progress using WIDA-aligned formative and summative assessments and adjust instruction.
