Job summary

CCI in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean facilities and grounds, applying carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting skills to keep structures in good condition. You'll perform daily inspections, respond to issues, manage supplies, and coordinate safety.

A minimum of three years' experience, basic maintenance knowledge, and a valid driver's license are required; HVAC cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
• A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.

About The Role
