Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is seeking a part-time Movement & Motivation Instructor to lead individuals or groups in exercise activities, developing engaging programs to improve guests' health and well-being.

The role involves delivering safe workouts, demonstrating proper techniques, monitoring progress, and providing motivation while supporting a positive, inclusive culture at the wellness-focused resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Physiology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in health & wellness fields including yoga, meditation and fitness.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration and teamwork.
• Capable of lifting moderate loads and performing equipment setups for activities.
• Professional fitness certifications from NCCA such as NASM/NSCA/ACE/ACSM/AFAA; CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead individuals or groups in exercise activities to improve health and well‑being.
• Develop and deliver safe, effective workout programs and demonstrate proper techniques.
• Monitor participant performance and provide motivation to help clients reach goals.
