Otterbein SeniorLife Sunset Village in Ohio seeks a compassionate part-time Marketing Administrative Assistant to support events and daily admin tasks. You will interact with prospective residents and families, coordinate tours, and assist with move-ins while maintaining CRM records.

The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and teamwork within a mission-driven senior care community. Hours up to 30 per week at Sunset Village.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent written documentation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with technology and office software.
• Strong customer service skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors; document calls in CRM.
• Coordinate Marketing Events; prepare flyers, planning, RSVPs, and attendee lists.
• Maintain supply of information packets, collateral, and office supplies.
• Schedule and facilitate tours for prospective residents, mainly Assisted Living.
• Perform follow-up marketing activity to advance sales.
• Track and report market statistics and renewals for Limited Contracts.
• Coordinate paperwork for prospective and new residents with Marketing partners.
• Assist with move-ins across all care levels; interact hospitably with visitors and residents.
• Capture photos of resident events for social media and website.
