Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife at Sunset Village seeks a caring, part-time Marketing support professional to assist with administrative duties and event coordination. The position involves extensive contact with prospective residents and families, as well as collaboration with the Marketing group.

Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating events, managing CRM entries, scheduling tours, and maintaining marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with technology and general office software.
• Strong customer service skills and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate services and greet visitors cheerfully.
• Coordinate Marketing Events; prepare flyers, reservations, RSVPs and inquiries; input attendee data into CRM.
• Maintain supply of information packets, collateral and office supplies.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents, focusing on Assisted Living.
• Complete follow-up marketing activities to progress sales.
• Track and report market statistics (Marketing Research Report).
• Coordinate paperwork and renewals for Limited Contracts with Marketing Director.
• Facilitate move-ins across care levels in collaboration with Marketing partners.
• Interact with visitors, residents and families in a hospitable manner and address issues.
• Assist with photos of resident events for Facebook, social media and website.
