Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department in administrative tasks, organize events, and engage with residents, families, and referral sources. The role includes touring prospects, handling inquiries, and assisting with move-ins as needed.

The position requires weekend availability and a focus on delivering a premier resident experience within a five-star senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to count and perform moderately complex math problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property's products and services for referrals and prospects.
• Conduct community tours and support marketing events.
• Handle inquiries via telephone, walk-ins, and mail; log information accurately.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Plan and manage marketing events within budget.
• Serve as liaison for residents and family members during transitions.
• Follow new move-in checklists accurately.
