Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• District-required annual training.
• Mandated reporter training and criminal background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with mobility, positioning, transfers, and access to activities.
• Support therapeutic activities and motor development programs as directed by therapists and staff.
• Assist students in participating in classroom, school, and community activities.
• Monitor safety during mobility and activities.
• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities.
• Maintain adaptive equipment, instructional materials, and records.
• Observe and document participation and progress; communicate with staff.
• Attend trainings related to student services and motor support.
• Follow health, safety, and lifting procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
