Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union in Weber County, Utah is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Associate. You will be the first impression, helping members with transactions, online banking, transfers and routine porter tasks, delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–2:00pm schedule with rotating Saturdays, closed Sundays, plus benefits including PTO, a 401(k) with 5% match, paid holidays, and opportunities for growth in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Computer experience or proficiency with basic software is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

The Role

In this role, you are the first impression of Wasatch Peaks. Your member service efforts are vital to the members' experience and perception of our credit union. Your day-to-day tasks consist of helping members one-on-one with their needed transactions, including money transfers, online banking assistance, wire transfers, and more. We are looking for someone who loves to talk to new people every day and finds great fulfillment in the work they do.

Schedule

This position offers Part-Time employment. The schedule is 5 days per week, M-F from 8:30am-2pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:30am-1pm, but never work 6 days in a row. We are always closed Sundays.
