Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Service Associate to be the face of the branch. You will help members with everyday transactions, answer questions, and deliver friendly service in the afternoons.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and preferably cash-handling experience. Schedule is 20-25 hours per week, afternoons 12:30-6:15pm, rotating Saturdays, and Sundays off.

The Role

In this role, you are the face of Wasatch Peaks. Your member service efforts are vital to the members' experience and perception of our credit union. Your day-to-day tasks consist of helping members one-on-one with their needed transactions, including money transfers, checks, deposits, and withdrawals. We are looking for someone who loves to meet new people every day and finds great fulfillment in the work they do.

Schedule

This position offers 20-25 hours per week, with hours in the afternoons (between 12:30-6:15pm). Rotating Saturdays between 8:30am-2pm, but never work 6 days in a row. We are always closed Sundays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
