Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Service Associate to be the face of the branch. You will help members with everyday transactions, answer questions, and deliver friendly service in the afternoons.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and preferably cash-handling experience. Schedule is 20-25 hours per week, afternoons 12:30-6:15pm, rotating Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer experience or basic digital literacy.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with transactions and inquiries.
• Process money transfers, checks, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Deliver friendly, professional member service and support.
