Resort Lifestyle Communities in Albuquerque is seeking a Part-Time Server to help deliver joyful dining experiences to residents. You will join a close-knit team, take orders, serve meals, and contribute to a caring, resident-centered environment.

No previous work experience is required; you must be at least 15 and able to work Monday–Saturday. The role emphasizes friendliness, reliability, and clear English communication with residents, guests, and coworkers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining with trays, beverages, and service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menus, taking orders, and serving courses.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables and handling dishes.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets and cleaning the salad bar.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a supervisor.
• Jump in and complete support work and other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
