Zenapply is seeking a part-time Barista in Utah to deliver an outstanding guest experience by preparing high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and food items. You will focus on friendly service, drink quality, and a clean, organized store environment while supporting efficient daily operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable shift coverage, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced cafe setting. Hours vary (8–20 per week) with opportunities for additional shifts as availability allows.

Qualificações

• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Permit/Card as required by local health regulations.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy times.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate orders and process transactions through the POS system.
• Communicate clearly with guests about menu items, modifications, discounts, and promotions.
• Resolve simple customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to a Shift Lead or Manager when needed.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of drinks and food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Follow opening and closing checklists.
• Restock ingredients, cups, lids, syrups, milk, and food items as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
