Zenapply is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver excellent guest experiences while crafting high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and food items. You will focus on service, drink quality, teamwork, and maintaining a clean store environment in a fast-paced setting.

The role supports afternoon and closing shifts with occasional opening coverage; eligibility for tips enhances earnings. Prior customer service is helpful, and a Food Handler’s Permit is required or obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Permit/food handler card as required by local health regulations (or obtain within the required timeframe after hire).
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate orders.
• Process transactions through the POS system.
• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and food items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Follow opening and closing checklists and restock items as needed.
• Participate in social media content creation when time permits.
