Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic methods such as DNA cloning, RNA synthesis, RNA isolation, RT-qPCR, and western blotting.
• Familiarity with basic techniques in microbiology and virology.
• Ability to perform proper sterilization and maintain aseptic conditions.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to organize and maintain research data.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory upkeep under the guidance of the PI and assist with molecular virology and cell culture tasks as needed.
• Work with DNA, RNA, and protein analysis, as well as cell culture.
