Qualifications

• Understanding basic molecular biology methods including DNA cloning, RNA synthesis and RT-qPCR.
• Familiarity with basic techniques in microbiology and virology.
• Ability to maintain aseptic conditions and proper sterilization.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory upkeep under the PI's guidance and assist with molecular virology tasks as needed.
• Work with DNA, RNA, and protein analysis and assist with cell culture.
