Job summary

Plus One, an Optum company, seeks a part-time Recovery Concierge to support a high-profile client’s fitness center in Midtown Manhattan. The role focuses on mobility, recovery services, and member education, delivering wellness programs and coordinating space and equipment.

You will partner with the client to promote employee health, manage program logistics, and deliver engaging recovery initiatives across a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mange daily facility operations, membership services and enrollment, wellness room reservations, and program logistics.
• Provide recovery services focusing on mobility, flexibility, movement quality and overall wellness.
• Deliver stretching, mobility, corrective exercise, movement education and recovery interventions.
• Educate members on injury prevention, movement techniques, and recovery best practices.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and educational events focused on recovery, movement health, and injury prevention.
• Set up, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Evaluate program outcomes and recommend enhancements to improve the member experience.
• Partner with the client to develop and execute an annual calendar of recovery, wellness, and musculoskeletal health programs.
