Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Indianapolis, IN is hiring for a Part-time Mini Load Picking position at our 5851 Guion Rd distribution center. You will pick, pack and label orders, using RF scanners and printers to ensure accurate shipments.

The role offers a flexible weekend-friendly schedule with shifts totaling up to 28 hours per week. Candidates should be reliable, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience operating a forklift is preferred.

• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in health and safety trainings.
