Job summary

Fastenal’s 6445 Fulton Industrial Blvd distribution center in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a Part-time Mini Load Picker. You’ll pick, pack, label, and route products to the Sortation area, using RF scanners and printers. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sustainability practices.

This entry-level position offers a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance goals, with up to 28 hours per week, and a strong focus on operational efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders and packing product efficiently and accurately.
• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product.
• Using a scale for weighing product.
• Verifying inventory being picked matches request.
• Verifying package quantities and counts.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings.
